Nandu Hinds (a diminutive of Fernanda), has been in the real estate business since 1977, at which time her relative, George Elkins, known as "The Pioneer" in real estate in Southern California, encouraged her to join his firm. She was known as one of the top sales people in Beverly Hills and with the reputation for selling primarily “larger homes,” Fred Sands opened his Estates office in Beverly Hills with Nandu as his first broker. 

Nandu is proud to offer an exceptional level of service, knowledge and integrity impossible to find elsewhere. Her respect and appreciation for the unique needs and priorities of each buyer and seller has earned her the loyalty of a large number of Westside residents including many well-known celebrities, sports figures, business managers, executives and attorneys. A highly motivated, educated, and skilled professional, Nandu graduated with a bachelor's degree from U.C.L.A. She grew up in Switzerland and Italy and is fluent in several languages. She has traveled extensively throughout the world and settled in the Westside where she is proud to have raised two successful children.

Although she spent her childhood abroad, she is a fourth generation Californian and very ingrained in Los Angeles societal events. Having been involved in real estate for many years, she has earned respect among her peers.
