Dirt: Milla Jovovich’s Lavish 90210 Estate Sells to L.A. Construction Mogul

Less than three months after she put her longtime main residence up for sale — following her big move to a hulking Hollywood Hills mansion perched high atop the Sunset Strip — actress Milla Jovovich has already handed the keys to her former compound, tucked deep into the mountains above Beverly Hills, to a new owner.

Records indicate the buyer is Andy Meyers — owner and CEO of Shangri-La Construction and Shangri-La Industries, and also a former producer known as Andrew Abdul-Wahab — who forked over $13.4 million for the Beverly Hills Post Office home, or nearly $5 million more than the “Resident Evil” star and her husband Paul W.S. Anderson paid for the place over 15 years ago, way back in 2007.

Hidden away down a lengthy gated driveway, on a steep hillside parcel spanning over a half-acre, the stucco and stone-accented structure was built in 2006, and has since been extensively customized and expanded. Several buildings include a main five-bedroom house with an attached two-car garage, detached two-bedroom guesthouse, and standalone cabana/gym with its own kitchen and covered carport parking — for total of almost 11,000 square feet of living space.

Especially standing out is a double-height great room boasting a massive fireplace and French doors opening to the backyard, along with a formal dining area and fireside family room. A gourmet kitchen is outfitted with high-end Viking appliances and an eat-in island, and elsewhere is a library and movie theater.

Other highlights include a plush master retreat adorned with a fireplace and sitting area flowing out to a private terrace, plus a custom walk-in closet and luxe bath; and outdoors, the lushly landscaped grounds are laced with stone fountains and vegetable gardens, and host a pool and spa, along with several spots ideal for al fresco dining and lounging.

Aside from their now-sold 90210 house and big new Hollywood Hills mansion, Jovovich and Anderson also maintain a house in L.A.’s Mount Olympus neighborhood that was reportedly once occupied by Jovovich’s mother Galina, as well as a “Palm Springs-style” investment property in prime 90210. As for Meyers, he also owns a huge, historically significant oceanfront compound in Long Beach known as Casa Oceana. Records show he paid more than $7 million for that Mediterranean-style place two years ago.

Trevor Bergher of Westside Estate Agency repped the buyer.
