AD: Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo List Montecito Mansion for $65 Million
The musician and supermodel are parting ways with the California property in order to be closer to their kids’ school
Who will snap up Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s SoCal estate, which just landed on the market for a whopping $65 million? If history repeats, the buyer will likely be a household name. The Maroon 5 frontman and Namibian model have previously made real estate transactions with a handful of fellow A-listers, including Ellen DeGeneres, John Mayer, and ex-couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.
The Levines are moving on to another SoCal property closer to their children’s school. Per a representative for the family, their new abode was “too special to resist, and such an exciting opportunity. As a result, they decided to list their home and begin developing this new property over the next year.” The family’s new house is a 1919-built Spanish-style ranch on a rambling parcel, replete with multiple guesthouses, a barn, and horse stables.
Levine and Prinsloo plunked down $52 million for their newly-listed Montecito pad back in 2022. At the time, the home already had a starry past of its own: The 11,500-square-foot Georgian-style abode was originally built in 2009 for Rob Lowe, who opened its doors to Architectural Digest the following year…
