MG: Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo List Montecito Estate for $65 Million
The 3.4-acre property is now the priciest home for sale in the celebrity enclave
Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo are parting with their Montecito, California, mansion, listing it on Monday for $65 million, making it the most expensive home for sale in the affluent Santa Barbara County town.
The Maroon 5 frontman and the Victoria’s Secret model have owned the 3.4-acre estate since 2022, when they bought it for $52 million using a trust, records on PropertyShark show. They’re now selling it as they’ve bought a property “closer to their children’s school” that they’ll begin developing over the next year, according to Riskin Partners Estate Group of Village Properties at Forbes Global Properties. They share the listing with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.
A representative for Levine and Prinsloo didn’t respond to a request for comment.
The sprawling estate has 13,362 square feet across a main house and two guest houses. The home was built in 2009, and Levine and Prinsloo worked with Los Angeles-based interior design studio Clements Design on a renovating it, giving the home new interiors that range from a clean, classic living room with French doors and moldings to a dark, moody lounge with black coffered ceilings and a wet bar.
The main house has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and three half-bathrooms, while a guest house and a pool house add three more bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.
