WEA in the LA Times: Singer-actor Joe Jonas is ready to part with his Traditional-style home in Hollywood Hills
Joe Jonas of Jonas Brothers fame appears to be on the move. He’s listed his Hollywood Hills home for sale at $2.895 million.
The Traditional-style house, built in 1923, has 2,888 square feet of living space including living and dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, an office, an atrium, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a powder room.
The hedged backyard centers on a swimming pool surrounded by lawn. There’s an outdoor dining area and a two-car garage.
Jonas, 26, was frontman for the pop-rock band that included his brothers Nick and Kevin before launching his solo career. This year he helped formed the band DNCE, which last month released their first single “Cake by the Ocean.”
The actor-singer starred in the Disney Channel series “Jonas” and will be in the upcoming film “The Highway Is for Gamblers.”
He bought the property last year for $2.595 million, public records show.
Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency is the listing agent.
