Joe Jonas Lists California Home for $4.25 Million
Joe Jonas, a former member of the saccharine pop trio Jonas Brothers, is ready to part with his home in Sherman Oaks, California, listing the upmarket farmhouse late last week for $4.25 million.
Known as Sutton House, the 5,600-square-foot estate is set behind a gated entry and has four bedrooms, a home theater and separate guest house with a bathroom and shower.
There is also an “extra-long pool” and a Jacuzzi in the “exceptional one of a kind property that should not be missed,” according to the listing with Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency. Mr. Gambino directed Mansion Global’s inquiries to a press representative, who did not immediately comment on the property.
Mr. Jonas, 29, acquired the home in February 2016 for $3.7 million, according to records with PropertyShark.
He made the purchase through a trust, with his longtime manager listed as the trustee, records show. The house has also been featured across the musician’s Instagram feed.
After breaking teen hearts across the globe following the split of the Jonas Brothers in 2013, Mr. Jonas now fronts band DNCE, and was a judge on the latest season of the Australian version of “The Voice.”
Earlier this year, Mr. Jonas and his fiancee, “Game of Thrones” actress, Sophie Turner, were reportedly touring apartments in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village.
A representative for Mr. Jonas could not immediately be reached for comment.
Variety first reported the listing.
