Hannah Laird
Hannah has a Master’s in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading, England, and has 12 years of experience working in real estate investment and development.
She started her career working in real estate private equity in Europe and worked on large-scale commercial transactions and developments in addition to assisting with raising investor capital and performance reporting to investors.
Before moving to Los Angeles in 2022, Hannah had her own development company in London, repurposing rundown apartments and houses with a complete renovation of the properties. Hannah is very passionate about design and always made sure her projects have functional floor plans, high-quality finishes, and modern technology integrated.
Hannah works with clients across Los Angeles with a focus on Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and the West Side. She works with investors and developers in addition to families who are selling their property or looking for their dream home.
